Tyler conducted my Spring HVAC maintenence today. He showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient and offered to answer any questions I might have. The system checked out fine today and we are happy knowing we are in great shape for the upcoming season. Central Penn Plumbing and HVAC is the best....and it's because of service techs like Ben. He arrived within the promised time frame, and even called ahead to let me know he was coming. He was friendly and efficient, and did a great job on our Fall/Winter preventive maintenance. It's nice having the peace of mind knowing our heating system will work properly as the temps grow colder outside. I contacted Central Penn late Thursday to service a clogged kitchen sink pipe, and due to a full schedule I was happy to be scheduled for the service call on the following Monday. However, Central Penn called me today ( Friday) to say the tech was ahead of schedule and could do the service call today. Jon W got here in the afternoon and got right to work. Because of it's location , the clog was not only backing up the sink, it was preventing both showers from draining as well. The clog was tricky to find and in a difficult place to reach, but Jon kept at it with his equipment and refused to give up. He was determined to get things fixed so we would not go without showers for the weekend. He kept working at it, and the clog finally broke free. Jon was just as happy as we were to know he got this fixed for us and that we would finally have working plumbing over the weekend again. Central Penn is the only Plumbing/HVAC company we use and/or recommend....and it's because of techs like Jon who are good at what they do and care for their customers. Jon did great work today - many thanks to him and Central Penn for coming to the rescue !!
