Technician Bryan was responsive and took a picture when he was able to find the issue. The only reason we have to go with 4 stars instead of 5 stars on this review is because when I first made the appointment, I was told I would get a call back. I ended up having to call again because my phone showed no record of a call back or voicemail. In this case, I am not sure who the person called back, but it wasnt me. This happened despite confirming the phone number. Other than that, the actual service was prompt and efficient.

Alex has a great personality, is knowledgeable and professional. Hes definitely an asset to Central Penn. Were looking at having him come back for our fall maintenance.

Mark arrived promptly, serviced the a/c equipment and answered a few questions I had since I just recently purchased the property. He was professional, polite and very clean. The whole experience could not have been any better.

Alex from Central Penn Plumbing Service always provides excellent service. He’s on time, is great around my pets, is polite, and is dressed appropriately. If there are any issues, he takes his time explaining what needs to be done, and why.

I called close to 4pm on Friday and the repairman came within 90 minutes. He was Prompt, diagnosed and repaired my AC unit in under an hour. Professional and courteous. A big thanks!

Professionally and quality service

Scott went the extra yard on one aspect of the service in particular to make sure it was right. He addressed all my questions knowledgeably and cheerfully.
