Tyler was excellent. Performed semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system. He was on time, dressed appropriately and was very comfortable around my pets!

I had an emergency situation when my furnace stopped working on the first really cold day. Central Penn staff responded quickly and diagnosed and then repaired the problem. I very much appreciate all of the staff who helped to get this done. It was a wonderful experience.

Technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered my questions.

Our technician Mark was great! He called to let us know when he was on the way and even called prior to that to let me know he was running a few minutes late on the job before ours and still showed up near the beginning of our 3 hour arrival window which was nice. He replaced our gas solenoid valve (part under warranty and only paid for labor) in about 1-2 hours and checked for any leaks and made sure the system was working properly cycling off/on as it should and temperature was increasing steadily before he left. He even fabricated and installed a small cover plate to shield the new valve from condensate leaks from the fresh air inlet which he believed may have been the source of the valve failure and possible corrosion to begin with so hopefully we won’t have the same type of issue in the future! Thank you Mark for great service!

Mark who is one of Central Penns technicians came over to do our yearly HVAC check. Mark has been over numerous times as have other technicians, are very personable, knowledgeable. Central Penn has been servicing our system since 2019 and we have no reason to look elsewhere for service.

The technician, Scott, was well trained, knowledgeable, and experienced. We are completely satisfied with the work that was performed.
