Very pleased with Bryan who performed a walk-through and maintenance check on our new condensing gas furnace and AC unit. He provided valuable information and tips to keep our system in top condition. He was courteous, personable, and professional. We feel very confident that Central Penn has the capabilities to address any plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues that may arise in the fiture.

Tyler came to do our winter maintenance and was friendly, polite, and kind, and he answered my questions.

HVAC not heating

Called at 8:00 AM to report natural gas water heater going out on reset with water leaking from the over flow valve. Service tech “Tony” arrived just after 11 AM, looked at the system and discovered the pressure relief tank had failed. We discussed the needed repairs and Tony went and picked up the replacement parts, returned in a prompt manor and had us back in business in less than an hour. Tony was extremely courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Thank you for a prompt and professional job!
